Measurements checked
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
Survey, design, manufacture and fitting
Between columns, below a sloping roof or beside a low window, the useful space is seldom a neat rectangle. The first drawing needs to show where its width and depth change.
We look at the furniture in use: door swing, cleaning, capacity and the parts of the room that cannot move.
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
The quote sets out boards, finishes, fittings and the installation scope.
Furniture and any separate building work are identified in the proposal.
Your project contact answers questions and coordinates the agreed stages.
We move from an initial price guide to a quotation based on measured dimensions, then manufacture, fit and check the furniture with you.
Send photos, rough dimensions, the address and a note about what the furniture must do. We can discuss a price range before measuring.
At the property we check walls, services, clearances and the route for bringing the pieces in. These measurements replace the first estimates.
We develop the layout and project drawings if the job requires them. They are free when you order the manufacture of that project from us.
The agreed layout, boards, finishes, fittings and installation appear in a written quotation with the final price.
You can review the specification before accepting it. The agreed deposit then starts the manufacturing order.
We prepare the pieces to the approved dimensions and check the details needed for delivery and fitting.
The team installs the furniture and adjusts doors, drawers, joints and visible finishing details.
We test how the furniture opens and works together, inspect the finish and record any final adjustment.

I'm Patricia Méndez. Send me a photo of your space and tell me what you would like to change. I'll help you think through the layout, storage and next steps.
No obligation. Rough measurements are enough to get started.
A cabinet based on the widest measurement may not pass the narrow end.
The front and storage are divided around the obstruction instead of treating the depth as continuous.
We survey heights along the run and draw doors that can actually open.
Shallow units or alternative door swings can keep circulation clear.
Pipes, valves and inspection points are mapped and remain reachable.

An awkward recess does not always need a floor-to-ceiling cupboard.
Where a wall steps back, a shorter shelf may work better than a drawer with no useful depth.
Finishing pieces take up building variations without forcing the visible fronts out of line.
A removable panel is designed in from the start where a valve or other service needs inspection.
Rough details are enough to start.
Photograph the awkward space from several angles.
Measure width, height and depth at several points.
Mark columns, windows, sockets and access panels.
Say what must remain reachable after fitting.
We clarify use, scope and missing details.
Price and fitting after decisions are checked.

A surface, its supporting board, edges and hardware need to work together.
The chosen material sheet sets out performance and care.
Send photos and heights and depths at several points too. Where walls change or services sit inside, the site survey sets the final parts.
That depends on usable depth and room to pull it out. It may work better in the regular section, with a shorter shelf by the column.
The parts list includes finishing pieces adjusted on site. Their width and finish are agreed in the design and stated in the proposal.
We will review your enquiry and contact you to clarify the scope and next steps. Sending this form does not place an order.
A column, stepped wall or sloping ceiling can change the useful depth several times along one run. We measure at different heights and examine where the furniture meets floor, ceiling and skirting. That separates real storage capacity from the outline seen from the room. A short shelf may be more useful in a narrow section than forcing a drawer into the deepest point.
Doors also need space outside the recess. We check windows, corridor width and any service access that must remain usable. Pipes and electrical panels are marked on the drawing, with an opening panel where necessary; covering them behind a fixed back would create a problem later.
Photographs from several angles and rough width, height and depth let us identify questions before a visit. The design and quotation separate parts made in the workshop, finishing pieces adjusted during fitting and any work belonging to another trade.
