Manufacture begins once dimensions, layout and finishes are approved. The workshop prepares each component so joints, fittings and trims follow the drawings that will reach the property.

Why this stage matters to the finished furniture

Before cutting, we check the component list and fittings against the approved version.

Parts from real dimensions

Verified measurements become modules that can pass through the property and be fitted in a workable order.

Continuous fronts

Where grain or door lines need to run across units, the sequence is marked before cutting.

Prepared fittings

Hinges, runners, sockets and integrated lighting need space and machining. They are not left as site decisions.

Test the assembly

Complex mechanisms and junctions may be checked before transport. A workshop correction is easier than an improvised site fix.

When does production start?＋

Once dimensions, design, materials and quotation are agreed. We will identify any decision still needed before cutting.

Can I change a finish during manufacture?＋

Ask as early as possible. It depends on parts already prepared and material ordered; any change in cost and timing needs agreement.
