Measurements checked
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
Survey, design, manufacture and fitting
The space below a staircase changes height along its length. Making use of it means deciding what can sit at the back, what needs a pull-out and what you need to reach as you enter the home.
We look at the furniture in use: door swing, cleaning, capacity and the parts of the room that cannot move.
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
The quote sets out boards, finishes, fittings and the installation scope.
Furniture and any separate building work are identified in the proposal.
Your project contact answers questions and coordinates the agreed stages.
We move from an initial price guide to a quotation based on measured dimensions, then manufacture, fit and check the furniture with you.
Send photos, rough dimensions, the address and a note about what the furniture must do. We can discuss a price range before measuring.
At the property we check walls, services, clearances and the route for bringing the pieces in. These measurements replace the first estimates.
We develop the layout and project drawings if the job requires them. They are free when you order the manufacture of that project from us.
The agreed layout, boards, finishes, fittings and installation appear in a written quotation with the final price.
You can review the specification before accepting it. The agreed deposit then starts the manufacturing order.
We prepare the pieces to the approved dimensions and check the details needed for delivery and fitting.
The team installs the furniture and adjusts doors, drawers, joints and visible finishing details.
We test how the furniture opens and works together, inspect the finish and record any final adjustment.

I'm Patricia Méndez. Send me a photo of your space and tell me what you would like to change. I'll help you think through the layout, storage and next steps.
No obligation. Rough measurements are enough to get started.
A conventional door may not suit the lowest end, which rarely needs the same depth as the tall section.
We check coat length, usable depth and room for the door to swing.
Drawers can bring stored items forward instead of making you reach into a deep recess.
A book shelf or seat sometimes serves the room better than closing every section.
A removable panel lets you reach services without dismantling the whole unit.

The arrangement follows your belongings and the actual route past the stairs.
The highest section may take coats, cleaning kit or pantry storage where its location allows.
Drawers, doors and shelves are allocated according to how often you need what is inside.
We do not build a deep cavity merely to add volume that cannot be used comfortably.
Rough details are enough to start.
Photograph the stairs from both sides.
Measure heights at several points along the slope.
Mark sockets, stringer and access panels to retain.
Describe what belongs in the low and high sections.
We clarify use, scope and missing details.
Price and fitting after decisions are checked.

A surface, its supporting board, edges and hardware need to work together.
The chosen material sheet sets out performance and care.
It can where there is enough sitting height, working depth and space to move a chair. We also check lighting and sockets before placing drawers.
Send front and side photos, the length of the recess, heights at several points and the clear width in front. Final dimensions are surveyed before manufacture.
We locate it on the drawing and design practical access. The quote describes the removable pieces and how that area is finished.
We will review your enquiry and contact you to clarify the scope and next steps. Sending this form does not place an order.
Beneath a straight staircase, the tall end may hold coats, while the low end is more likely to suit drawers or occasional storage. The split depends on actual measurements: we take heights at several points, note the stringer and check the clear width in front. Counting doors from the overall area alone is rarely enough.
If the stairs begin in the entrance, we test openings against the front door and the normal walking route. An open shelf or pull-out may work better than a wide hinged door in a tight section. We also locate sockets, electrical panels and other access points so the new joinery does not lock them away.
Front and side photos, approximate heights and a list of what you want to store let us propose an initial division. After the site survey, the quote sets out parts, hardware, sloping finishes and fitting. A desk or seat is judged by the room left to use it, not merely by whether its outline fits the drawing.
