A wall width alone is not enough to cut a cabinet. The workshop works from checked measurements, approved drawings and the material specification for that piece.
Studio and support
What we prepare before the furniture leaves the workshop
Production also has to account for joints, access and the order in which pieces will be fitted.
Machining for fittings
Hinges, runners and cable openings are positioned against doors, drawers and services.
Trims prepared
Plinths and cover strips allow for the differences recorded during the survey.
Corrections isolated
If a part needs adjustment at the workshop stage, it is identified before fitting begins.
