The space beneath a basin looks generous until you open a drawer. The trap, pipes and shut-off valves take up depth, and a cupboard door does not always make the remainder easy to use.

Our process
From enquiry to installation
We move from an initial price guide to a quotation based on measured dimensions, then manufacture, fit and check the furniture with you.
Initial price guide
Send photos, rough dimensions, the address and a note about what the furniture must do. We can discuss a price range before measuring.
Survey of the space
At the property we check walls, services, clearances and the route for bringing the pieces in. These measurements replace the first estimates.
Design and plans, when needed
We develop the layout and project drawings if the job requires them. They are free when you order the manufacture of that project from us.
Final quotation
The agreed layout, boards, finishes, fittings and installation appear in a written quotation with the final price.
Approval and deposit
You can review the specification before accepting it. The agreed deposit then starts the manufacturing order.
Making the furniture
We prepare the pieces to the approved dimensions and check the details needed for delivery and fitting.
Fitting on site
The team installs the furniture and adjusts doors, drawers, joints and visible finishing details.
Checking it with you
We test how the furniture opens and works together, inspect the finish and record any final adjustment.

Vanity storage that keeps the plumbing usable
Before promising two full drawers, we measure the trap, supply pipes and shut-off valves. A well-placed cut-out leaves storage on either side; a large one wastes the unit. If the basin stays, its current size and height set the plan. If it changes, we choose basin and cabinet together so the worktop does not leave the drawers unable to travel.
The room also places demands on the outside. We check the shower distance, where splashes reach and how the floor is cleaned. For a wall-mounted design we establish what the supporting wall is made from before specifying anchors. Board, edging and finish follow that information, not a colour sample alone.
The quotation distinguishes cabinetry, worktop, basin and taps according to what is actually included, with plumbing clarified separately. Send photos of the open unit, the trap and the wall, plus rough measurements. We can then say what needs checking before pricing.
