Measurements checked
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
Survey, design, manufacture and fitting
A long thin shelf may look fine when empty and bow once loaded with books. We start with its contents, their likely weight and the distance between supports.
We look at the furniture in use: door swing, cleaning, capacity and the parts of the room that cannot move.
We check clearances, access and fitting conditions before the drawings are signed off.
The quote sets out boards, finishes, fittings and the installation scope.
Furniture and any separate building work are identified in the proposal.
Your project contact answers questions and coordinates the agreed stages.
We move from an initial price guide to a quotation based on measured dimensions, then manufacture, fit and check the furniture with you.
Send photos, rough dimensions, the address and a note about what the furniture must do. We can discuss a price range before measuring.
At the property we check walls, services, clearances and the route for bringing the pieces in. These measurements replace the first estimates.
We develop the layout and project drawings if the job requires them. They are free when you order the manufacture of that project from us.
The agreed layout, boards, finishes, fittings and installation appear in a written quotation with the final price.
You can review the specification before accepting it. The agreed deposit then starts the manufacturing order.
We prepare the pieces to the approved dimensions and check the details needed for delivery and fitting.
The team installs the furniture and adjusts doors, drawers, joints and visible finishing details.
We test how the furniture opens and works together, inspect the finish and record any final adjustment.

I'm Patricia Méndez. Send me a photo of your space and tell me what you would like to change. I'll help you think through the layout, storage and next steps.
No obligation. Rough measurements are enough to get started.
One wall can combine open shelves, low drawers and sections carrying different weights.
Heavy books may require a shorter span or concealed reinforcement.
Files, records, books and tall objects rarely suit identical compartments.
Low drawers or doors hide smaller belongings without closing the whole wall.
Radiators, skirting and windows are included in the drawing so access remains.

Support, depth and fixing change with the contents.
Each shelf length follows the planned load and material choice.
Tall pieces and boxes get distinct spaces; items not for display can go behind doors.
The unit is divided so it can enter the home and allow for ceiling variation.
Rough details are enough to start.
Show the full wall and ceiling.
Measure the tallest and heaviest books or objects.
Say which sections should have doors.
Mark cables, access panels and obstacles to fixing.
We clarify use, scope and missing details.
Price and fitting after decisions are checked.

A surface, its supporting board, edges and hardware need to work together.
The chosen material sheet sets out performance and care.
Some can where adjustable positions are built in and the loads allow. Heavy or structural sections need settling during design.
That depends on height, depth and load. We review the support and plan fixings for the actual design, especially for tall shelving.
Photos of the wall, rough dimensions and examples of the books or objects. That helps us assess shelves, supports and finishes before the final survey.
We will review your enquiry and contact you to clarify the scope and next steps. Sending this form does not place an order.
Before dividing shelving into equal boxes, we look at examples of what will go inside. Large books need depth; tall objects need enough room to lift them out; rows of heavy books need suitable supports. Span, material and thickness are decided together to avoid shelves bowing in use.
The wall shapes the work too. For floor-to-ceiling shelving we check uneven surfaces and divide the installation into pieces that can enter the home. If it hangs from the wall, we examine the supporting material before choosing fixings. Windows, radiators and sockets appear on the drawing so they remain usable.
Send photos of the wall and a rough list of books, boxes and display pieces. We can then propose depths, open sections and closed storage. The quote sets out structure, backs, finishing pieces and fixings, along with the visible finish you choose.
